What is the Distributor Dashboard?
This new tool will allow any distributor to see their qualifications for a check in real time, right from their SendOutCards Main Menu. It also contains links to more details and an explanation of what is required to earn money. By clicking the "?" in the upper right corner, you can view what each of the gauges mean, and to see the goals to get qualified for all commissions and bonuses. CAB is paid to the sponsor the following business day after their MD has met the customer subscription requirement. Leadership Bonus is paid to the upline no later than 5 business days after the coded MD has met the customer subscription requirement. This is a weekly check that is cut every Wednesday. Monthly Commissions are paid out on the 10th of the following month. Updated 3/16/2012
Does a preferred customer count as more than one subscription?
Yes, by having a personally sponsored customer on a $31 subscription, this will count as two subscribing customers. This helps to release the CAB and Leadership Bonuses, as well as helping meet part of the 'Q' Qualification requirement. Updated 3/13/2012
Who receives a 1099 and where can I find and print the information?
We send a 1099 to U.S. residents that have made $600 or more for the year. If you would like to print out a summary of what you have made for the year, login to your SendOutCards account, scroll over Distributor, then click on "Business Office." At the top of that page click on "Commissions," on the left-hand side click on "My Earnings," you can then select the year you would like to view by scrolling over the "Year." button. There is also a button that will allow you to export the totals. 2/2/12
I am a Distributor. How do I change my password?
To change your password, first log into your SendOutCards account and hover your cursor over the "Distributor" link and then click on the "Business Office" link. In the Business Office, click on the "Profile" button located at the top of the page and then "Change Password" on the left side of the following page. Fill out the empty fields and click "Save Password," your password will automatically be updated. 2/2/12
I am a Distributor. How do I check my commissions?
To check your commissions, first hover your cursor over the "Distributor" link and then click the "Business Office" link located on your SendOutCards Main Menu. Next, click on the "Commissions" tab. You can view all of the commission checks by clicking on "My Commissions" on the left side of the page.

To find your invoices you must first be logged in SendOutCards. At the top of your Main Menu click the "Customer Account Manager" link. Scroll to the bottom of the page to the "My Orders" section. A list of all your orders will be displayed. Under the invoice column you can click on the "View" link to see and print the invoice. 2/2/12
As a Distributor, how will canceling my subscription affect me?
If you have purchased an ID or MD account and had a subscription of 100 points or more, if you chose to cancel your subscription any additional points purchased will be $0.49 instead of the discounted price of $0.31. You will not be able to set up another subscription for 90 days. 2/28/12
How can I get my commissions paid to my bank account?
In order to have your commission checks deposited directly into your bank account, a direct deposit form needs to be filled out along with a voided check. The form and check can be faxed, mailed or emailed to customer support. 2/28/12
How do I qualify for all of my commissions?
In order to qualify for all bonuses and commissions you must be 'Q' Qualified. This means that you have two or more subscribing customers, and $93 in PCV (Personal & Customer Volume). The best way to view your qualifications for a check is to view your Dashboard, found in the Main Menu of your account.
How do I set up a subscription?
You can set-up a monthly subscription for your account by following these steps:
1) Log into SendOutCards 2) Click on "Buy Points & Expense" from your Main Menu 3) Select the amount of points that you would like to order, and proceed through the check out process. By being on a subscription of 100 points or more, you obtain the best pricing of $0.31 per point. Updated 2/28/12Why do Distributors have to provide a SSN?
In order for Distributors to get paid their bonuses and commissions, they need to provide a SSN, so we may issue a 1099 at the end of the calendar year. 2/2/12
As a customer, how will canceling my subscription affect me?
If you have purchased any of our retail options and chose to cancel your subscription, any additional points you purchase will be based on the number of points you purchase instead of the discounted price. You will not be able to set up another subscription for 90 days. Updated 2/28/12
Where do I find the SendOutCards Compensation Plan?
You will find the SendOutCards Compensation Plan from your Main Menu. Go to "Help" then "Downloads" then "Compensation Plan Details." 2/28/12
I am a Distributor. How do I cancel my subscription?
To edit or to cancel your subscription, go to the Main Menu, hover your cursor over the "Distributor" link and then click the "Business Office" link. Then click on "Subscription" at the top of the page. Next, click on "View/Edit your subscription profile." You can modify your subscription by changing the date it runs, the amount of points you buy, or your payment information. If you would like to cancel the subscription, click the "Cancel Profile" link located below the subscription information, then confirm the cancellation of the subscription by clicking "Yes."
